Here is a description of ways YOU can make a Difference…

TICKET TEASER (Meetings) Entice people to buy raffle tickets at monthly meetings. Simply Stated: With a bag in one hand and tickets in the other – walk, crawl, beg and plead at the monthly meeting to entice people to buy tickets for the raffle. Contact the Social Director to Volunteer	FOOD TABLE and  DRINK RUN (Socials) CAPEX has a budget and will reimburse this volunteer for any food expenses. Buy and/or help make food and drinks. Put food out before social. Replenish food and drinks as necessary. Clean food area after the social that evening or the next morning. Contact the Food and Drinks Team to Volunteer
SET UP (Socials) Pickup equipment from storage building.   Setup equipment before meetings.   Move furniture.  Put up signs.   Setup aftercare stations. Contact the Set-Up Team to Volunteer	DUNGEON MONITORS (Socials) Help the Social Director maintain safe play areas during the Social. Being a Dungeon Monitor requires ONE hour of service at the Social. Check and monitor equipment during a social. Assist players with scenes as requested. Contact the DM Team to Volunteer
TEAR DOWN (Socials) Tear down and load equipment. Spot Clean.    Replace furniture.   Return items to storage. Contact the Tear-Down Team to Volunteer
